Service Description

The Cold Springs access into the Winds is the easiest and quickest approach into the Winds. This fee is paid to the Wind River Indian Reservation and the local outfitter Monie O'Neil. Fees include the Indian Fishing License as well as the transportation costs of the outfitter to Hayes Park. Cash only.
